Annual self-serve plans charge nine months for twelve months of service. Stripe’s card-processing charges are separate from the listed Gräs platform fee. Enterprise is activated only after a separate agreement; no unapproved paid subscription begins automatically.
Trial protection
Eligible founding members keep Pro access during the 90-day launch period. They must confirm a paid plan before it ends or their workspace returns to Free.
Core scheduling, recurring work, customer management, manual routes, weather intelligence, and public booking remain on the Free plan.
Subscription settings show trial status, remaining days, billing interval, and the exact next price.
Only the business owner can start, change, or cancel the company subscription.
Self-serve subscriptions use Gräs for plan changes and Stripe for secure payment methods, invoices, and cancellation.
